FAS - Federation of American Scientists- is a nonprofit, tax-exempt, organization founded in 1945 as the Federation of AtomicScientists. Our founders were members of the Manhattan Project, creators of the atom bomb and deeply concerned about the implications of its use for the future of humankind.
FASEB - Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology- The mission of FASEB is to enhance the ability of biomedical and life scientists to improve, through their research, the health, well-being, and productivity of all people. FASEB is a coalition of independent Member Societies that serve the interests of biomedical and life scientists, particularly those related to public policy issues.
FBR - Foundation for Biomedical Research- is the nation’s oldest and largest organization dedicated to improving human and animal health by promoting public understanding and support for the humane and responsible use of animals in medical and scientific research.
FEDESA - European Federation of Animal Health- is the international federation representing manufacturers of veterinary medicines, vaccines and other animal health products in both developed and developing countries across five continents.
FFA - Future Farmers of America- is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of young people by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
FRAME - Fund for the Replacement of Animals in Medical Experiments- FRAME considers that the current scale of animal experimentation is unacceptable.  However, we also recognize that immediate abolition of all animal experiments is not possible. Vital medical research must continue to find treatments for diseases which lessen the quality of human and animal life. New consumer products, medicines, and industrial and agricultural chemicals must be adequately tested in order to identify potential hazards to human and animal health, and to the environment.
FVA - Finnish Veterinary Association- The purpose of the association is to act as a link between its members and to promote veterinary science and the practice of veterinary medicine in Finland and to care for the professional, societal, commercial and social interests of veterinarians and their joint aspirations.
FVMA - Florida Veterinary Medical Association- The Florida Veterinary Medical Association is a statewide not for profit membership association with over 2,000 members. The mission statement of the FVMA is “to promote animal health and well-being, public health, and the advancement of the veterinary profession.” The FVMA is the "Voice of Veterinary Medicine in Florida”. We are big enough to get things done and small enough to care about each member.
